Interested in White Water? Our Wednesday night sessions are the perfect place to learn how to kayak in a safe environment. Our instructors will guide you through your journey, teaching you all you need to know to paddle a kayak through the rapids.
Scared of being upside down in a kayak? That's okay! Most people like to breathe. Our instructors will work with you at your own pace, teaching you to safely exit your kayak (upside down and right side up), then you will progress to learning how to roll your kayak! Some of the other awesome things you will learn include: the different kayaking strokes, bracing, edge control, as well as maneuvers like the ferry and the "S-turn."
No experience is necessary, and we provide all the necessary equipment and instruction.
Please arrive no later than 5:30pm to meet the instructors and gather your equipment.
